Vi söker en projektledare för införande av ett digitalt system kring området kompetens.

I Burlövs kommun är digitalisering en del av socialförvaltningens verksamhetsutveckling. Rätt utnyttjad möjliggör digitalisering ökad kvalitet, mer jämlik vård och omsorg samt en bättre arbetsmiljö och kompetensutveckling för våra medarbetare. Socialförvaltningen satsar på medarbetares kompetensutveckling och digitala verktyg för detta med en projektledare under ett år.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
I rollen som projektledare är du socialförvaltningens motor för den digitala utvecklingen kring kompetens. Du är delaktig i det ständiga förbättringsarbetet för att på lång sikt uppnå effektivare verksamhet, förbättrad arbetsmiljö och ökad medborgarnöjdhet.

Ditt huvuduppdrag är att projektleda införandet av ett system för dokumentation av medarbetares kompetens och kompetensplaner. Systemet är även tänkt att hantera introduktion och intern kompetensutveckling. Styrgrupp för projektet är förvaltningens kvalitetsråd.

Organisatoriskt är du direkt underställd förvaltningschefen.

KVALIFIKATIONER
För att lyckas med detta uppdrag tror vi att du har:
• Högskoleutbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer som relevant för uppdraget.
• Utbildning i projektmetodik och/eller erfarenhet av projektledning.
• Erfarenhet av förändringsarbete inom det digitala området gärna inom offentlig verksamhet.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid förmågan att kommunicera och ett flexibelt arbetssätt är helt avgörande. Som person är du intresserad av kvalitets- och förbättringsarbete. Du är drivande, har ett pedagogiskt förhållningssätt och resultatorienterad. Du ser delarna men samtidigt helheten. Du är en person som trivs med operativt arbete i form av administration.

We expect that, you will be a Full-stack Software Engineer with experience of both front-end and back-end technologies of programming and development. You need to have previous experience of developing website and business software using PHP, AngularJS, ReactJS, VueJS, My, Magento, OpenCart, WordPress. We also expect that you will be managing our cloud infrastructure which will run most probably either on AWS or DigitalOcean or Linode.
This job is perfect for you if you are already experienced in web ecosystem development with Magento, PHP and My. We also see it as a big plus if you have previous experience of working with AWS or DigitalOcean or Linode or cPanel/WHM.
